3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our Site, via Booksy, or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, at our discretion. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. User Conduct

When using our Site or visiting our physical location, you agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a requested treatment may pose a health risk to you or if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In the event of a health emergency during your appointment, you authorize us to contact emergency medical services on your behalf.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site or Services shall be instituted in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
